Welcome to the John & L.A. Spears Foundation. Established on May 14, 1999, by Leahdell A. Spears, the Foundation provides scholarships to assist deserving students in pursuing college, university, technical, and similar advanced education and training (graduate-level and study in the field of law are excluded).
The John & L.A. Spears Foundation is a 501c(3) nonprofit organization incorporated in Georgia. Funds provided by this Foundation are used to pay for tuition, fees, and books. Applications are accepted during the year and are reviewed for approval at the annual board meetings.
